Your Qualification:
To get that opportunity, You need that 4-year degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering. You know, the one that's probably framed on your parents' wall. and yes you guessed it right, your degree must be attested and verify and there should be HEC stamp, as you are applying for the government. 

Let us talk about your Skills:
NADRA is looking for someone with 2 to 5 years of actual, real-world iOS development experience. They actually looking for who worked in industry and also show them their experience certificates while applying as they are not hiring someone who just buld a calculator app and that's it.

You should be fluent in Swift and SwiftUI (like, actually comfortable building real stuff)

It would make your application stands out if you really have Experience with big apps that handle tons of data entry would be perfect to catch their attention.
