Position Deep Dive & Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Deputy Manager Civil (Engineering Expert)
- Focus: Hydropower construction, development, and generation.
- Key Skills: Expertise in tender document preparation, project management, detailed budget breakdown, and technical sanctioning for major repairs of Civil & Hydraulic Structures.
- Must Know: Civil construction design, methodology, applicable codes, MRS Rate System, and Irrigation Canal Operations/SOPs.
2️⃣ Assistant Manager HR & Admin (Management Expert)
- Focus: You will be focusing on the Administration functions and Managing Human Resources within the organization.
- Requirement: Must possess at least 5 years of dedicated experience in HR and Administration functions.
3️⃣ Computer Operator (Office Support)
- Focus: Office management and clerical support.
- Requirement: Minimum of six months of clerical experience, combined with a good typing speed and high proficiency in MS Office and other relevant office management programs.
