Core Function: Translator-in-Chief
The heart of this job is writing, structuring, and editing crucial project reports and materials that are related to communication. You'll be playing an important role and being the bridge between the technical experts and the senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities You'll Own
Translating Technical Jargon: You must be able to convert complex concepts (like authentication, cryptography, and data exchange) into accessible language for non-technical audiences.
High-Level Reporting: Drafting high-quality reports and presentations for senior leadership and governing bodies (Boards, Steering Committees).
Project Documentation:
Writing, structuring, and editing all progress reports.
Developing comprehensive year-end summaries covering strategic impact and financial overview.
Assisting with drafting concept notes, white papers, and briefing documents on the NDEL and VC ecosystem.
Internal Communications: Developing content to keep all project teams aligned and informed.
Do You Qualify? Experience & Education
This role is tailored for candidates with a background in communication and demonstrated experience in any of the corporate or government sectors.
Required Education
Primary Degree: Bachelor’s (4 Years) in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or an equivalent related field.
Mandatory: You must have a minimum of 16 Years of HEC-verified education.
Bonus Point: A Master’s degree will be preferred.
Important: Degrees must be attested by HEC (required at the time of interview).
Professional Experience
To meet the requirements of this position, you need to have at least 3 years of working experience in content writing, technical writing, or communications.
