We read the word CYBER a lot nowadays but at PITC, We really are talking about is trust. Trust that the lights stay on, that our data as a citizen is protected by law, and that our nations's critical infrastructure is resilient.

We need a leader for that. Not just a title-holder, but our foremost expert and strategist. We need a Chief Information Security Officer who gets it.

This is the role where your work isn't about checking compliance boxes (though that's part of it); it's about building a fortress of trust in a world full of new and evolving threats.

Here is what you will be doing:

You will build our shield: Its not about to only develop a strategy, a dedicated person who will be always ready to face what comes next. 

You'll own our security stack: Our SOC, risk management, digital forensics. it’ll all be under your guidance. You'll decide what we keep, what we change, and what we need to bring in to stay ahead.

Clear action plans: You will not only follow the existing rules, instead you will be making new rulers under guidance and the team behind you will follow the plans. 

You'll be our early warning system. We need you to constantly scan the horizon. yes, even for weird, new AI-powered threats and tell us what’s coming before it gets here.

You will not panic in the situations: When something wrong comes up, you will have to courage to face it and instead of panicking you will be finding how to resolve it.

 

You'll make security everyone's job. Your mission is to weave security into the DNA of PITC. Through training, conversations, and leadership, you’ll help every single person here understand how they protect our house.

You'll have a seat at the table. You won't be soiled in IT. You'll be the voice of security, directly advising our CEO and board on real-world risks and the investments we need to make to stay safe.

We need someone who:

Thinks like an attacker to build better defences.

Can explain a complex threat to a non-technical executive in one minute flat.

Is less interested in fear-mongering and more interested in building pragmatic, powerful solutions.
