1. Project Director
This is the big boss position. This is the most important role because you will be overseeing the whole show - managing teams, dealing with stakeholders, will ensuring that everything stays on schedule and within the given budget. 2. Chief Engineer

The main responsibility of this position is that you will be handling all the stuff related to the contracts, not only this, you will also ensure that Oversees procurement strategies, contract drafting (PC-I), and ensure alignment with government rules (e.g., FIDIC/PEC standards). In simple words, basically, you will be the person who makes sure the legal and procedural side doesn't become a nightmare. Isn't it amazing work to do?
4. Director (Admin & Finance)
Now this is an interesting one. The candidate will keep the money flowing and the office running. Budget planning leads administrative, financial, and procurement functions, including financial reporting, compliance, and HR policy guidance, and will also be responsible for making sure everyone follows public sector financial rules.
