Eligibility Criteria – Position by Position

Manager (Admin & Finance) – PPS-9: You must have ACCA, ACMA, or an MBA in Finance from any HEC-recognized university with a minimum of 8 years of experience from the public sector or a Pvt. Private Multinational organization. MS/M. Phil (18 years of education), individuals are also accepted. The role covers all financial administration of the PMU,  budgeting, reporting, disbursements, coordination with the AG office, the Finance Department, EAD, and the AIIB bank itself. If you have experience in donor-funded project financial management, this is for you.

Manager (Electrical & Mechanical) – PPS-10: You must have a B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering from any HEC-recognized university and be registered with PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council). In addition, you must have 10 years of experience from the water sector, dealing with electrical and mechanical components like pumping stations and SCADA. That last bit is important. Generic E&M experience may not be enough; they want someone with experience in water infrastructure E&M systems.PEC registration is non-negotiable - verify your status at PEC's official portal before applying.

TBM Expert / Geo-Technical Expert – PPS-12: B.Sc. in Civil, Geological, Mining Engineering (preferably M.Sc. in a Geo-technical or geological B.Sc. from HEC-recognized university), minimum 8 years of experience in micro-tunneling and tunneling projects. This is the most specialized post in the entire advertisement. Experience in Geo-technical investigations for large-scale sewer tunneling in metro areas is not a preference; it's the only thing that will get you shortlisted.
